Stark Property's Hills Commercial Fitout

PROJECT

The Hills Village development features a three-level commercial building on Grey Street, Hamilton East, offering prime visibility for tenants. Designed by Red Architecture, the building blends local history with modern aesthetics. It provides 1500 sqm of premium office space, with upper levels facing Grey Street and the lower ground floor connecting to the Hills Village common area. The building is fully occupied by Holmes Consulting, IT Partners, and Panama co-working.

 

Stark Property partnered with the team at designwell to provide an exceptional fit out using Cemac furniture and accessories.

We carefully curated a collection of furniture that accurately embodied the envisioned concepts.

To guide our selection process, designwell provided us with Sketchup drawings and a description outlining the desired products. This information assisted us in choosing the perfect pieces.

The project spanned several weeks, mainly due to the relocation of three different companies to three separate levels. We collaborated closely with project management to ensure that our furniture installation was strategically scheduled to align with the timelines of other contractors involved. This coordination was crucial to maintaining an efficient workflow and minimizing any potential disruptions during the project.

Having previously collaborated on IT Partners‘ original fitout within Stark Property’s SouthBloc building, we were thrilled to once again join forces and undertake the fitout for their new office space in Hills Commercial — another ambitious project orchestrated by Stark Property.
