PROJECT

A Charitable Trust that was established in 1986 to serve the communities within the area extending from Coromandel to Turangi and Waihi to Kawhia.

Their main goal is to promote physical activity among the people in our region by enhancing accessibility, excitement, relevance, and inclusivity of play, active recreation, and sport. To achieve this goal, they work to support those who have an impact on these areas, including those who manage, administer, organise, invest in, and coach in play, active recreation, and sport.

Through collaboration and partnership, Sport Waikato provides strategic, high-value regional leadership in play, active recreation, and sport, aiming to improve the quality of life and health outcomes for our communities.

“Inspiring Active Communities”

Cemac was delighted to collaborate with designwell in redesigning Sport Waikato’s office space. designwell’s innovative concepts inspired us to supply new furniture for the project, resulting in a functional and aesthetically pleasing workspace that promotes productivity and employee well-being. The successful partnership between Cemac and designwell brought Sport Waikato’s office to life with cutting-edge design and high-quality furniture solutions.

Our contribution included desking, collaborative leaner and tables, drafting chairs, office chairs, and refreshed meeting rooms. Some furniture from the original fitout was repurposed in the new space, have a look at the gallery to see how they look!

In 2014, Cemac completed the initial Sport Waikato Office Fitout Project within the same building.
