Designwell creates Lodge’s Real Estate New HQ Office with Cemac Furniture Solutions.

Just down the road from our own Hamilton Central office, Lodge Real Estate’s vibrant new office at 28 Harwood Street showcases a seamless blend of functionality and style, designed by Designwell and furniture provided by Cemac. 

Individual desks and offices feature Ovation electric desking, promoting adjustable comfort and a dynamic work style. For collaborative spaces, Ovation fixed-height desks in 6 and 4 pod configurations offer versatility as hot desks, encouraging work flexibility while maintaining a clean and modern aesthetic. 

The modern open-plan layout benefits from sustainable Lovoc desk screens, enhancing acoustics and fostering productivity. This choice reinforces our commitment to both environmental responsibility and fostering a proactive work environment.

For professional yet comfortable meetings, we incorporated Eames Replica office chairs. While in individual offices, the inclusion of Jac side chairs reflects our top picks for 2024. Throughout the fitout our curated selection also includes the Harwood chair, Wilkhans AT chair, and Belite chairs by Formway. 

These carefully chosen pieces go beyond aesthetics; they encourage collaboration, movement, and style. This is a space where function seamlessly meets style, designed to inspire Lodge Real Estates’ team.
